Freedom to scale
Our flexible approach allows customers to order the bandwidth they need today, but retain the freedom to scale performance by adding lines with our Bonded ADSL and Bonded FTTC solutions, or flexing Ethernet fibre bandwidth up from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps when required.
Our Managed Internet Access is delivered with a Syscomm managed device terminating the connection, usually a Cisco router, but sometimes a Firewall or Switch depending on the best fit for your requirements, and we manage, monitor and maintain this device to ensure it’s always delivering a consistent and business class Internet Service.
For businesses highly dependent on their Internet access availability, we can optionally deliver a suite resilient backed up services, from bonding multiple ADSL or FTTC lines to add multi-line resiliency, through to the ultimate Internet resilience achieved with dual diverse Ethernet fibre services routed independently into two diverse Syscomm Data Centres.

Wherever possible we route our primary Internet link and any backup Internet link into independent Data Centres, using independent carriers to give you ultimate peace of mind, even if your backup solution is a highly cost effective ADSL service.

Managed Internet Access
For Connectivity that is Business Critical, Managed Internet Access is scalable, dedicated and uncontended.
Managed Internet Access connections are exclusive to your organisation and provide the same speed in both directions. Similar to leased lines, which provide a connection between two premises, MIA Connections are delivered over Ethernet. MIA is a dedicated connection between your premises and the internet, providing the ideal basis for high grade internet connectivity.
Speeds available range from 20Mbps to a high speed service of 1Gbps. They offer the freedom and flexibility to grow and future-proof your systems.
The performance is monitored and managed 24/7, backed by the reassurance of our business class SLAs, meaning that you don’t have to worry, especially as we also offer a range of options to keep you network safe and secure with our robust firewall products.
Unlike contended broadband circuits which suffer from reduced performance due to sharing that takes place within the network, MIA provides an uncontended service that is not shared with other users, to give guaranteed bandwidth.
In areas where FTTC or G.fast are available these services deliver the speeds offered by Ethernet over fibre and copper pairs and can provide cost effective alternative to a dedicated Ethernet circuit for Managed Internet Access.
